Production time
Orders are printed to order. Most leave the shop within 2 to 4 business days. Larger orders and embroidery can take a little longer; if that applies to your order we will email you.
Delivery
We ship from the United States. Standard domestic delivery is typically 3–6 business days after dispatch, Priority is 2–3, and Express is 1–2 where the carrier offers it. International delivery varies widely and can take up to three weeks.
Free shipping
Domestic orders over the threshold shown at checkout ship free on the Standard service.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned. You can also look up any order from our order tracking page.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you and re-ship it once the correct address is confirmed; a second postage charge may apply.
