The short version
If the item is faulty, misprinted or not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it. If the size is wrong, we will exchange it within 30 days.
Made-to-order items
Because each item is printed for you specifically, we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind. Please use the size guide before ordering — and if you are between sizes, ask us.
Faults and misprints
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the problem. We will sort it out, and you will not need to post the faulty item back in most cases.
Exchanges
Unworn, unwashed items can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days. Get in touch and we will send instructions.
How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually takes a further 5–10 business days to post it.
