Six ways to put ink on it
Every job gets the process that will still look right after fifty washes, not the one that gets it out the door fastest.
Direct-to-Film Transfer
Artwork is printed onto film with a powdered adhesive backing, then heat-pressed onto the garment. Vivid colour on any fabric or colour, including darks and polyester.
DTF · 300°F · 15sBest on Cotton, poly, blends, nylon — light or dark
Direct-to-Garment
Water-based ink jetted straight into the fibres of the shirt. Softest hand feel of anything we run, with photographic detail. Best on 100% cotton.
DTG · 330°F · 60sBest on Ring-spun cotton, cotton-rich blends
Dye Sublimation
Ink turns to gas under heat and bonds into the polyester itself. The print cannot crack or peel because there is no layer sitting on top. Polyester and coated substrates only.
SUB · 400°F · 60sBest on White/light polyester, mugs, coated metal
