We run several processes because no single one is right for every job. Here is how we choose.
DTF — Direct-to-Film
Artwork prints onto a film carrying a powdered adhesive, then presses onto the garment. It works on essentially any fabric or colour, which makes it our workhorse for dark garments, poly blends and performance wear. Colours stay vivid and the transfer stretches with the fabric.
DTG — Direct-to-Garment
Water-based ink jets straight into the cotton fibres. The result is the softest print we can produce — you can barely feel it — with photographic detail. It needs cotton or a cotton-rich blend to work properly.
Dye Sublimation
Under heat the ink becomes a gas and bonds into polyester itself. There is no layer sitting on top, so the print cannot crack or peel. The trade-off is that it only works on white or light polyester and specially coated items — which is why our mugs and tumblers are sublimated.
UV DTF
A cured transfer for hard surfaces. It wraps around curves and applies without heat, which is what makes decorating a stainless tumbler possible.
HTV and Embroidery
Cut vinyl for names and numbers, and stitched thread for caps, polos and jackets — the most durable decoration there is.
